Short & Sweet (flights under 2 hours or train rides up to 4 hours)

Lunch Date – 6 hours (€1300 + travel & meals): Perfect if you can’t slip away for the night but still want the Barbara experience.
Day Date – 10 hours (€1800 + travel, meals & hotel): A relaxed day together exploring your favorite spots, enjoying food, art, music—or just each other.
Overnight – 12 hours (€1300 + travel & meals): Dinner, connection, and at least 6 hours of restful sleep together.
Full Day – 24 hours (€2300 + travel & meals): Enough time to truly unwind, enjoy, and connect.
Weekend Escape – 48 hours (€3400 + travel & meals): Let’s make it a little adventure—your city or somewhere new.
Long Weekend – Fri evening to Mon morning (€4000 + travel & meals): For when 48 hours isn’t quite enough.
Additional Day: €800.
Work Trip – 5 days (€4500 + travel & meals): While you’re busy during the day, I’ll explore the city. Evenings, breakfasts, and nights are ours.

Medium Haul (2–5 hour flights)

€3400 for up to 48 hours together, plus travel & meals (includes 6 hours of sleep each night).

Long Haul (5+ hour flights)

€5000 for up to 60 hours together, plus travel & meals (includes 6 hours of sleep each night).

A Small but Important Note

If I arrive well before our scheduled time, please arrange a hotel room from standard check-in so I can rest and refresh before meeting you. I don’t ask for the full fee during these hours, but I also can’t be expected to wait around the city at my own expense. A soft landing ensures I’m at my best when we finally meet.
